My VoIP Phone Arrived Today!
And lo, how dreadfully disappointed was I to find that whilst the handset works fine, the base station and/or its power supply doesn’t even power up. 
I’ve sent an email to the supplier, but my hopes of being fully VoIP’ed by the end of the day have been dashed. What a complete waste of time it was paying for ‘Next-Day’ delivery, too. Sure it arrived next day, but working would have been a Brucey Bonus…
Perhaps I just have too high expectations these days?
